OEMS has set a goal for transporting agencies to be "live" with electronic patient care reports for January 2009. All transporting agencies should have either received toughbook computers or notification of when OEMS will be issuing them to your service.

This does not apply to First Responders. They will continue to use paper based documentation unless they choose to pursue electronic documentation at their own expense.
